MARCIN RUSAK

ICON OF TOMORROW

Marcin Rusak
turns the studio into a laboratory, where materials, memory, and time are tested to see what stories they will tell. Trained as an artist and multidisciplinary designer, he looks at value and ephemerality, at nature and beauty, then builds new matter from research and experiment. The work ranges from unique materials and objects to installations and designed experiences, always asking the viewer to feel as well as look.

Flowers are his first language. The son and grandson of growers, he began by repurposing floral waste, suspending petals and stems in resins and composites, and letting decay, bloom, and colour become part of the surface. That curiosity has grown into a practice that explores consumption and future scenarios, turning overlooked details into vivid, lasting narratives.

Rusak’s work has been shown internationally in galleries, museums, and biennales. What defines him is a restless spirit of inquiry and a precise, poetic craft. Each piece carries time within it, inviting you to see the familiar in a different light.
